• Renters must be 25 or older • Pets welcome • Quiet hours 9 PM to 8 AM • No ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, or golf carts; snowmobiles welcome in winter • Large gatherings welcome with advance approval, to keep the neighborhood peaceful; no weddings. Please respect the land and neighbors while riding. EV Charger available at $25 per day. Please inquire about the EV charger when you book! What's provided: We stock the house so you can settle in without a store run on day one. The kitchen has a drip coffee maker. There's a generous starter supply of full rolls of trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper, plus dish soap, sponges, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Every bed is made with fresh linens, every bathroom has fresh towels plus shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and beach towels are ready for the lake. For bigger groups on longer stays, we suggest grabbing extra paper goods partway through the trip.
